Problem creatin a DAG on Exchange 2013

Hi,

I've installed three windows server 2012 R2 VMs. I promoted one of the machines to DC. I installed exchange 2013 (mailbox and client access) on two of them (one of them is the DC).

After this I tried to create a DAG with the third server as a witness server. I did this through the ECP. During this process the machine I was running the ECP from had a power failure. I logged in again from another pc, to see a DAG with one member server.

I was unable to add the second server to this DAG, and decided to remove it. After removing the dag I created a new one, but I am unable to add a server to it.

I removed that DAG too and created a new one using the cmdlet. This works fine, and a CNO is created. After checking this I tried to add a server to the DAG. This fails with following error:

[2014-01-21T18:12:42] WriteError! Exception = Microsoft.Exchange.Cluster.Replay.DagTaskOperationFailedException: A server-side database availability group administrative operation failed. Error The operation failed. CreateCluster errors may result from incorrectly configured static addresses. Error: An error occurred while attempting a cluster operation. Error: Cluster API '"CreateCluster() failed with 0x5b4. Error: This operation returned because the timeout period expired"' failed.. ---> Microsoft.Exchange.Cluster.Replay.AmClusterApiException: An Active Manager operation failed. Error: An error occurred while attempting a cluster operation. Error: Cluster API '"CreateCluster() failed with 0x5b4. Error: This operation returned because the timeout period expired"' failed. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: This operation returned because the timeout period expired

The CNO object also disappears after trying to add the server to the DAG.

Any suggestions?
