ARR Routing

Hello,

I activated Outlook Anywhere. With ARR I rewrite all https stuff to the Exchange Server (see http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2013/07/19/reverse-proxy-for-exchange-server-2013-using-iis-arr-part-1.aspx).
The OWA-Page it works fine. So does the ActiveSync.  But when I try to start Outlook, it asks me for a username and a password again and again.
Also, when I try to surf with a browser to the URL https://exchange.mydomain.com/Rpc I get a  "403 - Forbidden" error. Whereas in the internal network no error is given.

I already switched Authentication to Basic for the Rpc Virtual Directory in IIS, but it did not help.

Can anybody suggest a solution, or a hint how to debug this?
