I am using PST Capture Console to import a test PST file into my E1 O365 mailbox.
I have completed the Online Connection Settings and the check works with my login and the correct server name.
I have followed the permission requirements
- You must be logged on with local administrator privileges on the computer where you run the PST Capture Console.
- The user account that the PST Capture Central Service uses must be mailbox-enabled.
- The user account that the PST Capture Central Service uses must be assigned the Public Folder Management role in your Exchange organization.
When I try to import the single test file manually the file loads and shows the percentage then a complete message. Followed by 'Import error: Error opening mailbox aporter@rcs-uk.com '
