We have migrate the exchange server 2010 to Exchange server 2013 in windows server 2012. we had successfully migrate the users mailbox in new exchange server 2013.
But after we tried to moved public folder from exchange 2010 to exchange 2013 but its show error that HOLD FOR MIGRATION SWITCH. due to this prompt we moved to shared mailbox instead of public mailbox.
now problem is what we found that if suppose user A read the mail from one of shared mailbox then the others users who get same mail marked as read, which is not fine how other users will come to know whether they read that particular mail or not.
and second problem is that if users send the mails to others users then sometime mails get bounce and users not getting that mail in their mailbox we cross check in exchange server 2013 under mail flow under that delivery report for the same which bounce from users A to users B and it shows delivery to users B. infact that mail is not received to users B.
Please help us out from this issue. will wait for reply soon with solution.
