We are using Exchange 2007 totally updated and patched to the latest version. We have deployed an Exchange 2013 Cas/MB server to be sued to migrate users to the cloud. We will be in a hybrid environment for some time. The 2013 server
is running on Windows 2008 R2. The install went flawless; however, when I log into https://server/ecp/?exchclientver=14 (or 15) with my credentials I get the 403 access denied message. I am included in all admin roles including domain, organization
and exchange organization. I read you need to create a user on Exchange 2013 so I did this and added this user to all exchange security groups as well. I log into https://server/ecp/ it get redirected to OWA and there are no Exchange administration
roles nor no options to include. I am trying to manage the environment from 2013 and do the cert request and run a couple of migration tests. I promise I feel like I have read every blog and site out there for the past 2 weeks and nothing.
I have even rebuilt the server and still the same issue. Suggestions?? About to be at wits end on this one. Thank you/
