Hi I am currently helping to migrate Exchange 2003 on a 2003 x86 server to exchange 2010 on server 2012. There are 3 DC's at the site, 2 server 2003 sp2 x86 and one 2008 DC in another AD site. The problem we are running into is when we run "setup.com
/PrepareSchema" it fails because the Organization name on Exchange 2003 has an & in it. What would be the best way to migrate to the new server? Also this site does not need 100% uptime, so we can take the old server down for a while while migrating.
