We have imported all our users photos into AD. Most of the photos show up correctly in Exchange and Lync 2013. The IT staff used AD import and OWA to play with the pictures because we could not see then in Exchange 2013.
Since everyone is loaded, the IT staff has weird inconsistencies in which photo they see. For instance on my Lync client I have 1 photo for a colleague, yet on my Lync client on iPhone it's a different picture. Also, another engineer has 1 picture of a user, and I have a different picture for the same user.
Is there a way to basically tell Exchange/Lync or AD for that matter, to refresh all pictures and maybe clear this issue up? I do not want to have to remove photos and re-import them again.
