Final Steps after migrating Public Folders from 2007 to 2013

I have successfully migrated all 2007 public folders to 2013 and I'm ready to start taking down the old server. What is the proper way to remove the public folders and public folders database in 2007? I looked at the EMC and public folders do not show there. I do see them when I issue get-publicfolderstatistics on the 2007 server.

At this point I have not reset any of the flags that I set prior to start the migration. What should I do?
