Exchange 2010 upgrade to SP3 error with exit code -1; PowerShell?

Hi,

I upgraded existing (single box, CAS+HT+MB role) Exchange 2010 SP2 with RU6 to SP3. 
Exchange 2010 SP2 + RU6 is on Windows 2008 R2 with SP1

when it came to Hub Transport Role process, it failed.

leaving the Exchange 2010 not working and not accessible.

i followed the link above, but there is not much help in there.

i restarted the server and run the setup again, but received same error.

please kindly give any hint, where should i check? how to recover?
