CDOEX on Windows Server 2008 R2 requires a registry key permission change when you install Exchange Server 2007 SP3

am not able to extract it, getting error.  seems like there is an issue, hence can anyone assist me in getting the above update to move ahead with my installation of Exchange 2007.
