Non-Domain users fail!!!

Dear Friends,

I'm new to exchange and I'm deploying an Exchange 2013 on a lab environment before going live in production.

The problem I'm facing is killing me as no definite and helpful answers I got online!

I have 2 PCs connected  through a switch. On one I have VMware workstation with 2 clients (Win7 32bit) and one Exchange Server 2013! and the host is windows 10. all the NICs are bridged to the physical and on the same subnet.

on the other one I have Virtual box with my DC on a Win Server 2012, this also has bridged NIC and the host is also windows 10!

All connections are checked with ICMP.

The problem isthe following:

OWA is fine, the clients joined to domain use auto discovery and complete the outlook setup successfully! but non domain PCs can't connect to exchange server! as I press check name on the setup page (I entered server and client name fine) it says the name can not be resolved and the exchange is not online!!!

auto discovery and active sync also fail! and on domain PCs when i try to add multiple accounts only the username I logged in with and is automatically detected succeeds and the others fail!

I also tried on the host (the one with the DC) and the result was the same!

I added multiple fresh clients and tested multiple times!

The Ping using FQDN is fine and the name of the server gets resolved!

(I use FQDN of the Exchange machine for the server on the outlook setup page for exchange and the username with the @domainname.com)

FYI: the outlook is 2013

Please help me find a solution...

Regards
