This is the only article I've been able to find on the internet that says ANYTHING about migrating/moving Public Folders from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2016:

There are a couple of other TechNet discussions about general migration from 2013 to 2016, but nowhere are there any specifics about the Public Folder migration process from one to the other. Having had to deal with several PF migrations from Exchange 2007/2010 to Exchange 2013 - I know the process is far more drawn-out. Just hoping to not have to do that, as suggested by Mark Gossa's blog.
Unfortunately the recommended cmdlet to initiate the migrate/move of the Public Folders isn't working for us.
On our Exchange 2016 box the EAC shows both the existing public folder mailboxes, and their respective public folders. Doesn't specify which server they live on, but of course it's on the Exchange 2013 box.
The 'Get-Mailbox -Server Exch2013Srv -PublicFolder' command returns the following:

The 'New-MoveRequest commands fails - continuously with the 'parameter not found' error. I've tried the following variations of the cmdlet:
New-MoveRequest PublicFolderMailbox -TargetDatabase "Mailbox Database J - Z" -Exch2016Srv
New-MoveRequest PublicFolderMailbox -TargetDatabase "Mailbox Database J - Z"-Exch2016Srv
New-MoveRequest PublicFolderMailbox -TargetDatabase "Mailbox Database J-Z" -Exch2016Srv
New-MoveRequest PublicFolderMailbox -TargetDatabase "Mailbox Database J - Z" -Exch2016Srv.contoso.com
New-MoveRequest PublicFolderMailbox -TargetDatabase Mailbox Database J-Z -Exch2016Srv
Any ideas why it's not working? Any input would be vastly appreciated!
