I have a 2010 server and a 2007 server.
the 2007 server is a landing area for a migration of mailboxes from lotus domino to exchange 2010 as mailboxes move through the 2007 server first.
If I create a new mailbox on the 2010 server I get a cert error from the 2007 server (no ssl installed)
I assumed the client would resolve the 2010 SCP first in AD and bypass 2007 as there is a cert on the 2010 server.
I noticed the 2010 mailbox had 2007 PF DB set so I changed it to the 2010 one but the issue is still occurring.
CAMV07 is the 2007 server and CAMV10 is the 2010 one, Here is the autodiscover log from a new outlook 2010 client...
why is this trying the 2007 server first and generating a certificate warning when none of the mailbox resources are on 2007???
