I installed Exchange 2013 on a 2012 Server in a Server 2003 forest. All went well except that I could not login to the Exchange control panel. Out of frustration I made the decision to just reinstall a fresh copy of Server 2012 and then reinstall
Exchange 2013. Setup now fails saying I need to run in recovery mode from PowerShell. I tried this, but one of the long list of prerequisites states that it needs access to the log file and mailbox databases which no longer exist. What changes
do I need to make to the Active Directory (I assume) or the 2003 Exchange server to remove recollection of a previous Exchange 2013 install?
