Attempting to ping RPC proxy webmail.domain.com. RPC Proxy can't be pinged

Hi All,

i have a problem and i want to ask.

my environment use exchange 2010 and 2013 coexistence,my domain controller use windows server 2012.

i have published OWA,OA,and active sync exchange 2013.

if i test owa and active sync it work fine,but i tes OA with https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com when step Attempting to ping RPC proxy webmail.domain.com.proccess stoped and got this error : 

  

Attempting to ping RPC proxy webmail.kairos-it.com.
RPC Proxy can't be pinged.

then,i compare get-outlookanywhere exchange 2010 with exchange 2013.

in exchange 2010 path binding to C:\Windows\System32\RpcProxy

in exchange 2013 path binding to C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\FrontEnd\HttpProxy\rpc

do i have to change path exchange 2013 as if exchange 2010 ?

please help.
