I am trying to install the exchange server 2010 sp3 update and need to find the UCMA Core Runtime. All links to microsoft download are no longer working.

I can't access the Exchange EAC/ECP after a successful installation. It says "Page cannot be displayed".
I installed Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 successfully so, but when i open the default url https://localhost/ecp , i get The page cannot be displayed.I'm running two vm’s - 1 Domain Controller and 1 Exchange Server.
Below is the troubleshooting i have do so far but still no luck :
I checked the default web site and pointing to the correct path - WWWRoot ( c:\inetput\wwwroot )
I checked ECP Virtual Directory configured correct physical location, in my case it was C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\ecp.
I have added the Binding configuration in Client Access Server for port 80 and 443 for both Front-End and Back-End.
Please help me out. Where else can I check to resolve my issues. Your Help will highly appreciated. Thanks

Exchange 2013 Installation Error
When I was installing exchange 2013 on a brand new server(we have 2 exchange 2007 servers in our existing environment), I got the error message below. A google search suggests that I should delete the federatedemail account in AD and run setup /prepareAD
in the new server to regenerate the account. Since I am worried that running setup /prepareAD may not bring back this account, I just want to make sure whether the operation of our current email system will be interrupted if this account is absent. Thanks

Exchange 2007-2013 Migration - Storage question
Hi Everyone,
I'm planning a migration from Exchange 2007 to 2013. My current Exchange server has 6 internal hard drives - 2 in RAID-1 for the OS and 4 in RAID-10 for the logs. It is connected to a SAN via iSCSI for the mailbox DBs - 10 hard drives in RAID-10, split into 5 mailbox stores.
I'll buy the new server with enough hard drives to recreate the OS and log virtual disks, but when I migrate the mailbox stores, do I actually need another set of hard drives to create new stores? Or is there a way for me to reuse the same stores and just point the new 2013 installation to them? If I can avoid setting up another disk pool on a SAN, I'd prefer that.

Configure Mail Server in Windows Server 2008
Friends,
In my office, there are 2 servers one for DB another one for application.
We had hosted one website "www.xyz.com" (Domain purchased) and every month all the users accessing and entered their data into our website.
Now i wish to configure a e-mail in my any one of my server like as (support@xyz.com)
I had tried many times to configure but i hope that i had missed something while configure.
Actually, every month 8th morning, a mail need to be sent from my server to users who are not entered their data.
Please guide me to create a e-mail in my server.

Unable to setup office 365 mailbox (kiosk license) to Outlook 2013 or 2010
Dear Exchange Expert,
I am trying to setup one of the mailbox that being assigned with kiosk license into outlook 2010 or 2013. however, it is not able to setup. NO issue when login to owa. there is no issue with the mailbox with exchange online 1 or 2 license assigned to be setup in outlook client. is this a limitation of kiosk license?

Common Exchange for multiple group companies

I have a request of merging 5-6 different companies mailboxes in 1 common Exchange. However the biggest challenge is that they are totally different forests and not connected to each other. I'm looking for best options to achieve this.<o:p></o:p>
Example by using ADFS + MIM/FIM + Exchange or have a Trust between the Forests or Exchange Multi-Tenancy / Active Directory Multi-Tenancy etc. I can't find much of Multi-Tenancy clear information also on Internet. Current companies design is like below:<o:p></o:p>
Forest A has its own User Accounts and own Exchange<o:p></o:p>
Forest B has its own User Accounts and own Exchange<o:p></o:p>
Forest C has its own User Accounts and own Exchange<o:p></o:p>
Currently above Domains / Forests doesn’t have any Network connectivity. Physically these forests are also in different locations. I'm ok to upgrade to latest Exchange version and use some MS Tools / functions to achieve such a common Exchange for all the companies. <o:p></o:p>
So finally I want Forest A to have exchange providing access of Mailboxes to Forest B and Forest C and D.... However Forest B,C, D and so on have their own User Accounts in their own Active Directory. Mailbox Access can be provided from forest A. <o:p></o:p>
If there are some best practices and keeping the security in mind.<o:p></o:p>

Failed Adding DAG member between two Network Sites
Hi All,
Our customer has two datacenters for hosting Exchange Mailbox Server Database Availability Group. I am still failed adding additional DAG member between those two network sites. There are network firewall rule that blocked traceroute protocol, so that if I traceroute between all MAPI and Replication interface IPs along two mailbox servers, it fails. There is * * * sign on the third hop and so on. However, ping can be done betweern all MAPI and Replication interface IPs. No failed at all. I still can add one mailbox server located on the same network subnet to become DAG member. No firewall rule at all on the same network subnet. Is DAG creation required traceroute protocol to be opened between two network sites?

Exchange 2010 Shema Removal
Hi,
I installed Exchange Server 2010 on Windows server 2012 Essentials. I demoted the 2012 server and made it a member server to the Domain Controller, Windows 2012 and Installed Exchange 2010. I prepared and did the pre-requirements and the schema was updated.
After the install of Ex2010 I installed service pack 3 and that's when everything went to hell. The Exchange Management shell would initialize and open and I can see the roles. I just can't expand the roles. I researched some of the things suggested and didn't work.
Trying to fix the problem solved nothing and the server became slow, almost unstable. I tried to use the recover switch and didn't fix nothing. So I decided, if this doesn't work then I will uninstall Exchange 2010 and start over. There was error, said there was a mailbox in the database.
I found the tech article to remove the mailbox. Turns out there was two of them. I was able to delete one, but not the other one. I tried to figure out why, but was unsuccessful.
I ended up using the restore to default factory on the server as the last resort. I forgot about the schema and it's still in the domain controller. I did try to install Exchange 2013 and I get an error that tells me to remove the 2010 exchange server.
So how do I fix this on a live production server to remove the Schema. The DC servers only purpose is for file storage and user authorization and 1 program that looks at a flat database file for the software that runs on the clients computers. Only 3 computers have access to this flat database file.
Please help. I know I might be missing some information that you may need to know. Just ask, I hope what I explained helps.

Default DB not mounting
Hi, My default mailbox was 150GB in size. So I created a new DB and moved all mailboxes from default DB to new one. By this process I gained 50+ GB. Then I dismount default DB and deleted all contents from default DB location from window explorer. Now
when I am trying to remount default db is shows me below error: Please Help

Deleting Default DB is safe?
unmounting default DB and deleting the same from drive and recreating a fresh DB by mounting it back, Is it safe to delete default db? I did it for the other DBs already after moving mailboxes in new DB. But I am afraid of doing this with default DB.

Public Folder Connection Limits (mapi)
I've migrated the public folders from exchange 2010 to exchange 2013 and I'm using the newer mapi connection method for outlook clients but now I get this error message
"Cannot display the folder. You server administrator has limited the number of your items open simultaneously...."
and also I see this error on the exchange server, event ID 9646
"Mapi session /o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=xxx with client type MoMT exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type Session"
how can I fix this?

Hybrid Set up with Edge
Hi All (sorry if this has already been asked)
We are in the process or setting up an exch 2013 hybrid environment, we currently have 2010 for our on prem
just going through the hybrid wizard, and it is asking about an edge server.
We currently do not have one, because that is all handled with iron port. I know we can say no the the edge option. however the Microsoft deployment assistant says it is best to have one, for more protection for on prem environment.
It is saying that we need to route our mail through the edge server. however we want all mail routing to stay in the on prem 2010 and then to iron port
so basically do we actually need an edge server? and if so how do we deploy it with out mail being routed through it, and that edge server actually being used??

Can't access migrated public folder from a single user
Hello,
I've succesfully migrated all mailboxes and legacypublicfolders to new pfmailbox from Exchange 2003 to 2010 and then to Exchange 2013, and removed the old servers. All is now on a single Exchange 2013 server.
All seem's to work for all users except for a single user, who can access his personal mailbox but cannot access public folder hierarchy.
I've recreated the Outlook profile on his pc and tried a completly new profile on another pc, but it's impossibile for him to access the pf hierarchy on the Exchange 2013.
Via the Outlook Test Automatic Config and looking in the mailbox properties via get-mailbox cmdlet, I've seen that ONLY this user still has the old ExchangeGuid 4f34f807-37e0-401a-901d-8a6af0436f86@.....it instead of the new one.
Probably that was the ExchangeGuid of the intermediate Exchange 2010 server that doesn't exists anymore...
What can I do?

We are migrating from Exchange 2010 to 2013.
During the night we get sometimes the message ''The long running job has been temporarily postponed. It will be retried again when resources become available' in the migration report.
This is usually done for all move-requests on a server.
After that message the move-requests continue, but at a very slow speed. suspending/resuming the move-requests, Set-moverequest -priority high does not help, neither a restart of the MRS. If we suspend, fail-over to a passive node and back, resume, then the migrations continue at normal speed.
When this happens there is nothing special (backup, maintenance, ...) on the server.
How can this be debugged further?

Exchange server Deployement for more 30000 mailboxes

What is the best practice for designing Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 for 30000 mailboxes in a virtual environment?
- Number of VMs per roles (Client Access,Mailboxes and Edge roles).
- Minimum resources per VM.
- Number of DB per mailbox server.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Exchange 2010-2013-2016
Hey,
Just have a question that is going in my head now for days, and don't find any clear answer on the net for now.
So our current environment:
- We have a DAG with 2 mbx servers running 2013 CU10.
- We have 1 Edge server running 2010 SP1 R13
During the start of the migration 2010-2013, there was no transport edge role available for 2013, so we decided to leave the transport rol on 2010 and didnt watch this anymore. Everything is running fine now for months. But now we are wondering to upgrade all again to 2016. But for licence reasons, we are forced to update the transport server asap (like in coming weeks) to at least 2013. So i was thinking, is it possible to upgrade the transport role only to 2016, and wait for doing the mailbox servers (since this migration is planned in/after summer), so is this working?? Or do we have to migrate to 2013?
Other question is, is there any migration path available for only this transport role? i saw some posts about it, and they say its only installing exchange 2013 on new server, give ip, export config with the script, import it on newly transport server, and done? some more feedback about this would be nice.
any help would be much appreciated!
