I hope there would be experts out there who can assist me resolving this issue
It is getting this error when doing off boarding or on boarding migration from or to cloud.

And we have published reverse proxy from TMG and on TMG get this error 1 or 2 times only Failed connection attempt from MRS proxy when run live trace.
Microsoft says the issue might be from network side but network team says its fine from their end.
Tried all best ways to resolve even run the hybrid setup again but still issue persists.
Anyone out there who can provide me solutions so i can try it.
