We are in the process of migration from exchange server 2010 to 2013,we will start moving mailboxes to exchange 2013 database,i remember last time when i did a migration from exchange server 2003 to 2007,there was enormous transactions logs file generated on the exchange server 2007 which caused the logs file volume to filled up and all the storage group went down.it was a mess i still remember.
i don't want to repeat the same mistake again,and land up in that creepy situation again,can anyone tell me how is the design now with exchange 201 and 2013,does logs files gets created even in 2010 to 2013 migration? if yes then what amount of logs files generation can i expect? and what would be best practice please advice and suggest.
